1. When you sign the contract you will get a user name and password in which you will be able to design yolur package, creat the links and if you like get required contract of a web service that can be applied with your UASP to get the names for visa request directly in your system instead of re-entering them. Alternatively you can get them in by fax, email and in a web page as you like and then you re-enter them in your UASP system.

2. you design the package linking it to our connected hotels they include all the hotel international hotel chains and the best selection of more than 35 hotels in Makkah and Madinah and working in connecting more.

3. You can specify the type of connection and payment to be made for the hotel directly. You can specify either that booking to be made from the general umrah rates and our suppliers inventory or through allotmets that you have made with the hotel. Our sales teams will explain to you the procedure the form to use and will help you to implement the hotel connectivity to your account and packages

4. Once you design your packages assigning each to the countries and agents you like you will be able to create a link which we will be able to link it to handreds of travel portals world wide and also displayed in 2makkah.com and make it available for booking in their countries specified

Reservation and Visa Processing

1. Customer choose package and book after viewing the images and detailed hotel information, the grantee and payment policies. And provide the required information as per visa reglation.

2. Hotels will be booked with the hotel per hotel connevtivity option that use selected and implemented in 3 above, and at the same time the names will be sent to you at your account with your UASP or through any other method as explained in 1 above.

3. Once you accept the first amount of payment to cover the visa process cost will be payed to the banck account you specified in our contract and the hotel will be payed any agreed amount as per the applicable G/D/C policy.

4. Once the visa is issued you will be able to log into the system to enter the visa numbers and get the secound payment instantly in your account.

Services for customers in their countries and arrival

1. Once the customer make the booking and pay he will be able to print the detailes of his booking and the name of Umrah company and the reposible agent in his country.

2. Once the visa is issued he get a notification from our system and he can print a the details of his booking and take to the reposibile agent or the handling agent his city.

3. The agent will scan the contract sign and enter the details in his system to get his payment your final payment, our resposibilities ends here and the agent start his normal services as usual.
